Island Hopping from St. Martin St. Martin makes a great home base to explore some of the smaller islands in the neigborhood. Anguilla, St. Barts, Statia (St. Eustatius), and Saba are all available as day trips. Explore neighboring St. Barts with a quick trip aboard the Voyager 2, Tel. 011/590-590-27-54-10, which departs from Marigot to Gustavia, St. Barts daily (reservations required for Sunday departure). The hour and a half trip aboard the high-speed boat is comfortable, air conditioned, and includes a stocked bar. A package including lunch and an island tour is available that, considering the dining prices on St. Barts, is a real bargain. From Grand Case (French side), St. Barth Commuter offers day trips to nearby St. Barts. Additional flights are available to Anguilla, Antigua, Barbuda, Guadeloupe, Nevis, St. Kitts, and Statia. For information, contact St. Barth Commuter, Tel. 011/590-590-27-54-54. You can also hop a ferry to Anguilla from Marigot, on the French side. Day sails to Anguilla with sightseeing tours and lunch are also available. Back to St. Martin with Kids
