Breezes Punta Cana Resort Spa and Casino

If you know the Breezes resort chain from Jamaica or the Bahamas, you might be thinking of this as a resort only for families with older teens. However, this location, like the one in Curaçao, welcomes families with young children.

This all-inclusive resort is a family favorite, both with American and European travelers. Located on Arena Gorda Beach, the 735-room resort is the largest in the chain and offers not only a wide swath of beachfront but also an expansive pool complex (including a kids’ pool.)

Children ages 4-12 stay free and can take part in the Miniclub open daily 9 am to 5 pm. Like other resorts in the chain, the club offers everything from arts and crafts to sandcastle building. Kids can also enjoy a separate mini-disco held every night.

For grown-up travelers, there are plenty of diversions as well including a casino, spa, nearby golf, and watersports.

Kids age 14 and over stay at adult prices. For families with kids under age 14, there’s a special pricing structure:
