Harrison's Cave Reopens in Barbados

After a year of redevelopment, Harrison’s Cave has reopened. We've visited this fantastic cave filled with stalactite and stalagmite formations and we're pleased to hear about its renovation. The cave is toured by tram, making it an easy getaway with kids. The newly renovated cave has a fleet of six new trams – two are wheelchair accessible – as well as ventilation, drainage, electrical lighting and a tracking system.

Also, there's a new Cave Interpretive Center featuring a multi-media presentation, washrooms, souvenir shop and snack bar.
