New Family Concierge at Paradisus Resorts

We just returned from the brand new Paradisus Palma Real in the Dominican Republic a few weeks ago, an excellent all-inclusive that has a lot to offer families. Now the Paradisus resorts are going to adding another feature that will be of special interest: the family concierge.

The Family Concierge service will include:

• In-room children amenities such as tyke-sized bathrobes and slippers, children’s towels and bathroom amenity kit, and Play Station (optional)
• Fully stocked mini bar offering juices, chocolate- and strawberry-flavored milk
• Walkie-talkies to communicate with the family concierge in order to accommodate guests’ needs and coordinate resort activities and excursions throughout their stay
• Special recreational activities for families
