Hilton Barbados This new 350-room hotel is just 15 minutes from the airport, a real bonus for families after a long flight. The hotel has many family-friendly policies: kids under 18 stay from in a room with adults, kids under five receive all meals for free, and kids 5-12 receive breakfast free and 50% off all other meals with accompanying adults. Families who stay a minimum of three nights also get one free babysitting service, up to four hours in length. All kids also receive a children’s gift.
